Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations:
We love all of our products and hope you do too. If an item fails to meet your expectations, we will accept returns post marked 21 days after shipping and we will offer an exchange or refund of the product cost minus shipping charges. We regret that used products cannot be returned. Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.
For returns, please follow return instructions on your packing slip and make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Items should be returned to:

If an item was shipped in error, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at orders.openhouse@gmail.com. Please keep in mind that our products are handmade and the images represented on this site may differ slightly from the item received.
