shipping and return policies
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Need something to go out asap? Just email us or include instructions when checking out. We'll do our best to get it out that day.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations:
We love all of our products and hope you do too. If an item fails to meet your expectations, we will accept returns post marked 21 days after shipping and we will offer an exchange or refund of the product cost minus shipping charges. We regret that used products cannot be returned.
For returns, please follow return instructions on your packing slip and make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Items should be returned to:

To cancel an order that has not shipped, please email us at email@example.com.
If an item was shipped in error, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you return the damaged item and we will do our best to replace it or refund you upon its return. Please keep in mind that many of our products are handmade and the images represented on this site may differ slightly from the item received.
Holiday merchandise and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We're sorry, but at this time we do not ship outside the United States.
We collect 5% Virginia sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Virginia. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
